Shipping policy

We value your time and ship all orders within 1 – 2 business days. To ensure the highest level of reliability and security, we ship exclusively via DHL. Every package is fully insured and includes a tracking number, which will be provided to you immediately after dispatch.

 

For all orders placed outside the European Union, the buyer is solely responsible for any potential customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays, which are outside of our control.

 

Shipping Restrictions & Mail Forwarding Options / Only Eu Costumer

We currently provide direct international shipping to a selected range of destinations (including Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, the US, UK, Japan, and more).

Important Notice on Regulatory Exclusions:

Due to regional Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and packaging waste regulations across the EU, we do not offer direct shipping to certain countries—including France, Spain, Denmark, Portugal, and Austria etc.

How to Order via Mail Forwarding:

If you reside in one of these regions or another non-direct destination, you are welcome to complete your purchase using an independent Mail Forwarding Service (such as ColisExpat, BPM-Lux, or ShipGerman):

  1. Set Up an Address: Register with a forwarding provider of your choice to obtain a local delivery address in one of our supported shipping countries (e.g., Germany).

  2. Place Your Order: Enter the forwarding facility's address (including your personal suite/client ID number) as the Shipping Address at checkout. Use your official residential address as the Billing Address.

  3. Dispatch: Once your package arrives at the forwarding hub, your chosen provider will manage the final delivery directly to your doorstep.

Please note: When utilizing a third-party mail forwarding service, official delivery to the designated forwarding facility constitutes full order fulfillment on our part.
